1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing products or services from Creation Crew Center, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.
2. No Refunds Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you accept this policy and waive any right to dispute charges or request refunds through payment processors or financial institutions.
3. Technical Assistance
In the event of technical issues, customers must submit a support ticket through our official support system. The following conditions apply:
Accurate Information: You must provide detailed and accurate descriptions of the issue when opening a support ticket.
FTP Access Requirement: To diagnose and resolve technical problems, customers are required to provide FTP access to their server or hosting environment. Failure to provide such access may result in delays or the inability to resolve issues.
Unsupported Modules: We do not support Disposables Modules. Any installation with these modules will void all technical support.
Activated License Requirement: Technical support will only be provided to customers with an activated license for the module.
4. Product Features and Services
By purchasing the Creation Crew Center for phpVMS 7, you gain access to features including but not limited to:
Lifetime updates and bug fixes.
Customization options including base theme sets and personalized navigation layouts.
Integration with leading Acars systems such as vmsACARS and smartCARS 3.
Fully customized SimBrief integration for flight planning.
phpVMS management and update services available at a monthly fee.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their server or hosting environment meets the technical specifications required for our products and services. We are not liable for issues arising from incompatible or improperly configured hosting environments.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
7. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
